Founder & Managing Principal
Nick Davis is the Founder and Managing Principal of Medema Partners, an independent business and financial advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, founders, and privately held businesses.
With more than a decade in commercial finance, Nick brings experience in financial analysis, credit underwriting, capital structuring, risk management, and strategic business advisory across healthcare, commercial real estate, and commercial and industrial businesses.
He has worked closely with business owners, executives, and financial professionals to evaluate complex financial situations, assess capital needs, structure financing, and support informed decisions — including managing substantial commercial relationships and leading analytical teams.
Nick holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Colorado.
He founded Medema Partners to make sophisticated financial and strategic advice accessible to entrepreneurs and privately held businesses — combining institutional discipline with the personal attention and independence of a boutique practice, from formation and capitalization through growth, acquisitions, and succession.
